Age Management Medical Consultation (free)

                Half hour screening by phone or Skype to assess whether a person is a candidate for Age Management medical care. Includes referral to qualified specialists near the home of the candidate.

 

Laboratory Evaluation - $250

                Blood and urine laboratory panel and interpretation including complete chemistry and lipid panels, hormones, markers of inflammation, biomarkers for diseases of aging. Cost of labs not included.

 

Nutrition Evaluation - $350

                Diet diary analysis and customized nutrition plan.

 

Fitness Evaluation - $350

                Comprehensive evaluation of strength, endurance, agility, balance and flexibility with customized fitness plan.

 

Comprehensive Age Management evaluation and plan - $1000

                Includes patient history and physical exam along with the above laboratory, nutrition and fitness evaluations. The patient receives a comprehensive customized plan for his or her personal Age Management goals.

 

Somatic Therapy - $100/hour

                Somatic therapy for pain relief, enhancement of fitness, well-being and enjoyment.

 

Public Awareness Presentations (fee varies depending on location, venue and audience)

                One to two-hour presentations on topics related to wellness and fitness.
